Pricing policy

If you notice that the price of Boutiques Ski Vélo is reduced during the 15 days following the purchased date and delivery, Boutiques Ski Vélo undertakes to pay the difference in the form of a credit (on a gift card or your account customer). The product must be available in the same model, size, and color and be from the same year. You must provide dated proof and contact details of where the product is displayed.

If a product is not available or its price has an abnormal reduction, Boutiques Ski Vélo reserves the right to cancel or refund a transaction since it is impossible to make exceptions following a MAP program with our suppliers. We have no intention of misleading our customers through promotions with false representations.

The Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) is the dollar amount, set by the manufacturer, that represents the lowest price the company will allow its resellers to advertise any of its products.

Return policy

Our mantra: Because equipment matters!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return it to us at your expense. The return must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. If the return is made within 11 to 15 days, it will be possible to have an exchange or a credit note. No refunds will be made. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear or use. The item must be clean when returned. Some items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Unless the product is defective, the shipping costs for the return will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please consult the following page: Purchase, delivery and return policy.

If the product is defective, Boutiques Ski Vélo will take care of paying the transport costs.

Warranties

Products sold through Boutiques Ski Vélo are covered by warranties provided by their company. Boutiques Ski Vélo is responsible for assisting the customer with the warranty in question. Delivery costs to the supplier will be covered by Boutiques Ski Vélo. Proof of purchase will be required. In addition, the product must be clean and show no signs of misuse.
