Please note that bicycles, e-bikes, and training bases are not eligible for free shipping. However, we offer two options for receiving these items:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In-Store Pickup in Magog: You can choose to pick up your order at our Magog store location. This option is free and allows you to collect your bike or training base at your convenience. Please check our store hours to plan your visit. The bike will be assembled, and you will receive full service from our specialists.<\/span> <\/li>\n
  2. Home Delivery: We also provide the option to have your bike or training base delivered directly to your home. However, please note that delivery charges will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the size and distance. Generally, these fees range from $150 to $350+, and include handling, insurance, and warranty. To obtain an accurate quote, please contact us to discuss the details and arrange a special delivery agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
