- In-Mold Construction: Extra lightweight and world-class quality: Marker In-Mold helmets feature an extremely stable construction, formed under heat by compression molding a rigid, impact-resistant EPS core into a durable polycarbonate shell. This ensures an inseparable bond between the shell and the high-impact damping material. Additional polycarbonate outer layers in the lower parts of the helmet provide greater stability and protection. Because they are so light, In-Mold helmets are comfortable like no other.
- MarkAIR Channel System: Clear vision and a cool head. The complex MarkAIR Channel System, used in all Marker headsets, is the most advanced temperature control system available. It consists of a precisely calculated network of openings and ventilation channels to combine the ventilation of the outer shell with the inner channels of the EPS foam core. This allows the MarkAIR Channel system to literally “suck” warm, moist air out of the eyewear, “exhale” it along the air channels and out of the helmet to significantly reduce fogging of the eyewear. At the same time, there is a constant and pleasant air flow to cool the whole system and regulate it automatically. This ensures a cool head in any situation, without the need for manual adjustments.
- 2 Position Climate Control: The ventilation inside the helmet can be controlled with the adjustable 2-position Climate Control (partially or completely closed). It works even with gloves and in motion! Move the slider to control air volumes according to your personal heat preferences. Naturally, the MarkAir Channel System will help keep your head warm and dry even when the controls are completely closed. When fully open, the special vent design prevents the head from cooling.
- Edge Protection: All Marker In-Mold and Hybrid Shell helmets have an additional polycarbonate plate on the bottom edge for extra protection in the event of a side impact. It also protects the helmet from bumps and knocks during transport or daily use. The different models are delivered with 180°, 270° or 360° edge protection.
- RTS Fit System: Rotate to fit – there’s no easier way. The three-point construction at the back of the head adjusts to your head shape in seconds with the adjustment wheel. This translates not only into optimal wearing comfort, but also into a perfect yet pleasant fit. In an accident, you want a helmet that fits perfectly and doesn’t slip, offering real protection to your head.
- XDry Performance Lining: High performance technical lining that ensures optimal thermal efficiency. The textured material insulates from the cold and, in case of excess heat, the air is transported to the outside. Beyond that, the moisture is evacuated to avoid excessive sweating. Features: quickly removable and hand washable in warm water.
- Fleece Liner: An extra warm and soft fleece that is only used in the “Fleece Liner” models. It increases comfort and prevents the head from getting cold. Quickly removable and hand washable in warm water.
- Removable Ear Pads – Audio Ready – Natural Audio Regulation: These removable ear pads are ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable fit and excellent thermal insulation. If at any time you want to be able to hear your surroundings without a filter, the Natural Audio Regulation system allows you to remove the inserts without further delay. All ear cushions (except Kojo) are of course also Audio Ready – compatible with all current music players and smartphones. Both pads are quick and easy to remove and can be washed in warm water.
