- For orders under $99: A fixed shipping fee of $14.99 will apply for delivery within Quebec, except for bicycles or oversized packages*.
- For orders under $99: A fixed shipping fee of $24.99 will apply for delivery to other provinces outside Quebec, except for bicycles or oversized packages*.
- Shipping is free throughout Quebec for all orders of $99 or more (before taxes), except for bicycles or oversized packages*.
*Certain bulky items may incur additional exceptional fees. [!] We reserve the right to contact you to inform you of any extra costs before shipping your order. Please note that bicycles, e-bikes, and bike trainers do not qualify for free shipping. However, we offer two options for receiving these items.
- In-Store Pickup in Magog: You can choose to pick up your order directly at our Magog store. This option is free and allows you to collect your bike or trainer at your convenience. Please check our opening hours to plan your visit. Your bike will be assembled, and you will receive full service from our specialists.
- Home Delivery: We also offer the option to deliver your bike or trainer directly to your home. Please note that delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the item’s size and distance. Generally, these fees range from $150 to $350 and include handling, insurance, and warranty. For an accurate quote, please contact us to discuss the details and arrange a special delivery agreement.

Returns and exchanges
No online exchanges
For online purchases, we only offer refunds within 15 days of receipt. If you wish to make an exchange, you must visit our Magog store located at 395 Rue Principale Ouest, Magog, Quebec.

You can process a return online. Please note that the refund will be issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and the item must be in its original packaging and unused. No refunds will be provided for bicycles.

Return Policy
Online Ordering Process: After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Return of Items: Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility. If you wish to return an item, you will need to cover these costs. If the returned item is not in a resalable condition, we will return it to you, and you will need to pay the shipping fees upon receipt.
To ensure the resalability of your item, you can contact us before returning the product. You may also return your order directly in-store with a valid proof of purchase.
All returned items must be in their original condition, meaning without stains, tears, or visible signs of use, and with their original tags, within 15 days of receipt. The original packaging should not be used for the return; it is essential to pack the item properly to ensure it is in resalable condition upon arrival.
What are the refund processing times?
Processing a return generally takes 2 to 3 weeks. Once the return is processed, the refunded amount will appear in your account within 7 business days.
What are the return and delivery fees?
Shipping costs are your responsibility, and the item must be in its original packaging and unused. No refunds will be granted for bicycles.
A return processing fee of $9.99 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery charges paid at the time of the initial purchase, as well as additional fees for oversized items, are non-refundable.
