Positions available
SALES ADVISOR
- Welcome and inform our customers about our products and services in order to meet their needs;
- Ensure the visual presentation and replenishment of products;
- Be aware of the products that are on sale;
- Sell complementary merchandise by selling related items.
SKI AND BIKE TECHNICIAN
- Respond to customer needs at the service counter;
- Perform various services on bicycles;
- Operate machines to sharpen and wax skis in the winter season;
- Invoice clients based on the service rendered;
- Ensure the sustainability of the store by providing support to colleagues;
- Target and seize opportunities and take initiatives to promote the development of the workshop.
BOOTFITTER / PRODUCT ADVISOR
- Greet customers quickly and determine needs quickly;
- Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products;
- Build customer confidence and help make selections;
- Possess detailed knowledge of product benefits and features;
- Demonstrate use and operation of the product and provide details of merchandise specifications: adjustments, maintenance, service, delivery and warranties.
