Pricing policy
If, within 15 days of your purchase and delivery from Boutiques Ski Vélo, you find a price reduction, we will refund the difference as a credit (gift card or on your customer account). To qualify for this offer, the product must be available in the same model, size, color, and year. You will need to provide a dated proof and the contact details of the retailer displaying the reduced price.
The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the amount set by the manufacturer, representing the lowest price that retailers are allowed to display for a product.
If a product is unavailable or if the displayed price shows an abnormal reduction, Boutiques Ski Vélo reserves the right to cancel or refund the transaction, as exceptions cannot be made due to our suppliers’ MAP programs. We have no intention of misleading our customers with falsely represented promotions.
