Yes it’s possible! Please note that bicycles, e-bikes, and training bases are not eligible for free shipping. However, we offer two options for receiving these items:

1. In-Store Pickup in Magog: You can choose to pick up your order at our Magog store location. This option is free and allows you to collect your bike or training base at your convenience. Please check our store hours to plan your visit. The bike will be assembled, and you will receive full service from our specialists. 
2. Home Delivery: We also provide the option to have your bike or training base delivered directly to your home. However, please note that delivery charges will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the size and distance. Generally, these fees range from $150 to $350+, and include handling, insurance, and warranty. To obtain an accurate quote, please contact us to discuss the details and arrange a special delivery agreement.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, the costs incurred will be at your expense.

In the event that the item you have returned to us is not in salable condition, the item will be returned to you and the shipping costs will be your responsibility and payable upon receipt. If you want to be sure of the sale status of your item, you can contact us beforehand. It is always possible to return your order directly to the store.

You must present a valid proof of purchase. Any returned item must be in its original condition, i.e. without stains, tears or visible signs that it has been worn/used and with its original tag within 30 days of purchase. The original box or packaging should not be used to reship the item. This must be in salable condition so that we can put the product back on our shelves.

In practice, when a chart tells you that you are two sizes at the same time (for example, the chart tells you that you can take a small and a medium), this means that there are enough adjustments on the bikes to accommodate you, no matter your choice of size. In reality, you may very well be more comfortable on one of these two bikes. To find out, you have to come and take the time to try them!

No we do not offer conversion. We have a wide selection of power assisted bicycles (PAB) in store and on order. A PAB is equipped with an intelligent motor, which is triggered only when the cyclist pedals. We are talking about assisted pedaling. Do you like to ride a bike, but climbing hills or pedaling for a long time exhausts you? An electric-assisted model could give you the boost you need.
