The new Powerline™ carbon sole was designed by the same team that developed the Rider-First Engineering technology. Why is it so special? Because it is the stiffest and lightest of our carbon soles to date. The completely redesigned Padlock™ heel offers more comfort while providing the same exceptional support as the previous version. Finally, the astronautical Dyneema® material used in the upper does not stretch under traction so your foot always stays where it needs to be to keep the best contact with the sole. By combining all these features, we have faithfully followed the motto “every watt is precious”.
 
As far as comfort is concerned, we have kept our Body Geometry standards: longitudinal arch support, varus wedge, metatarsal button. The S-Works 7 is fully ergonomic and has been scientifically tested to increase power and efficiency, while reducing the risk of injury. In addition to that we worked on the design of the shoe and purified its lines. The Boa® tightening system adds style to the shoe, but not only that. Thanks to its disc, you will be able to have a tightening to the millimeter, resistant, precise, perfect, even while driving.
